The machine tool with the linear motor, made by the Jiangxi Just Precision Machinery Co., Ltd, is among the highest echelon of the machine tools in the world due to its high-precision and excellent performance.
Machine tool is the machine which is used to manufacture machines, so that it is called the “industrial foundation” of equipment manufacturing, and decide the industrial level and comprehensive competitiveness of a country. This April, the Jiangxi Just Precision Machinery Co., Ltd processed 2 work pieces of the Benz, according to the general international standards. After checking by international standard institutions, these work pieces scored 94 of 100 and 96 of 100, which shocked the world. As it is known that, usually, the grades of the work pieces which were processed by the Chinese machine tool only below 60, seldom above 70. If the grades were above 80, the machine tool is among the highest echelon of the machine tools in the world.
Currently, the Jiangxi Just Precision Machinery Co., Ltd had an excellent performance and results when competed with the Japanese, Germany, American and Swiss machine tools. After using for a period, the customers think that the processing performance of the machine tools made by the Just Company is better than those foreign ones. Now, the machine tools of the Just Company sell well in market and in short supply.
The Just Company provided ‘god assists’ to transformation of Chinese manufacturing industry, except building a new benchmark of the Chinese machine tools. A better ‘machine’ makes a strong country
Due to the technology blockade from the western countries, the domestic project which is related to the scroll compressor for the air conditioner was delayed 10 years. It can be shown that the lack of the domestic high-end machine tool and the importance of the development of the machine tools of the Just company. One of the reasons why Chinese always go abroad and buy a wide range of products is that the performance of domestic machine tools was worse than foreign ones.
The improvement of the transformation of Chinese manufacturing industry, the supply-side structural reform and the replacing old growth drivers with new ones cannot be achieved without the support of the high-end “industrial foundation”.
